Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeping Contractor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various settings, such as residential homes, or commercial buildings. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This position requires someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and at least one year of prior housekeeping experience.

Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows

• Supply your own cleaning products and equipment for the job.

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed
- Make beds and change linens
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Handle laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals for different surfaces
- Perform floor care duties such as carpet cleaning or floor polishing as required
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Must have your own transportation to travel to various job locations.
• Must be willing to file taxes as a 1099 contractor and provide necessary documentation.
• Willingness to sign a rent-to-own agreement for equipment/products provided by the employer. (IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE THROUGH ME)
• Must comply with Oregon contract law, including refraining from soliciting clients or attempting to divert business from the employer.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
